Directs a subsistence supply section in drawing Field rations in bulk and in making equitable distribution to the various companies or similar units in his organization.
Directs a subsistence supply section in drawing Field rations in bulk and in making equitable distribution to the various companies or similar units in his organization.
Checks work of section leaders who handle meats and produce and the work of dry-issue clerks. Draws dry rations from commissary or supply dump and counts number of cases of each item. Supervises a detail in loading cases on trucks and in dividing rations proportionately before delivering them to units.
May supervise delivery of rations to unit mess sergeants.
